Netflix has just issued a statement confirming that rumors about Leonardo DiCaprio appearing in Squid Game 3 are false. This news comes after a report from OSEN on January 1, 2025, stated that the famous actor had finished filming for the series last year.
According to the report, DiCaprio was allegedly involved in the secret filming, with a small role that details were kept under wraps to avoid spoilers. However, Netflix quickly came out with a clarification to quash all speculation.
"The rumors are completely untrue. Reports about Leonardo DiCaprio's involvement in Squid Game Season 3 are completely baseless," said a Netflix representative in an official statement quoted from Soompi on Wednesday (1/1/2024).
