Brilio.net - Irish Bella's divorce trial has entered the final stage with a decision scheduled for February 1 2024. In its decision, the panel of judges at the Depok Religious Court granted Irish Bella's divorce suit to Ammar Zoni.
Apart from granting Irish Bella's divorce suit against Ammar Zoni, the panel of judges also granted child custody of their two children. Child custody was stated to fall into the hands of Irish Bella.
With the appointment of Irish Bella as the child's custody holder, Ammar Zoni will be obliged to provide monthly support in the future. The nominal amount is determined at IDR 10 million for two children . This nominal value does not include children's education and health costs.
Knowing the amount demanded by his former brother-in-law, Aditya Zoni said that this amount was still considered reasonable. He also said that a father must be responsible for providing for his child.
"Thank God, no matter what, a husband or father must be responsible. So I think IDR 10 million is a reasonable figure, not too much and not too little, just right," said Aditya Zoni, quoted by brilio.net from YouTube Mantra Room, Tuesday ( 6/2).
Apart from that, Aditya Zoni did not remain silent about the child support burden that Ammar Zoni had to bear after officially divorcing Irish Bella. Moreover, currently his older brother is not working because he is in prison for a drug case. Therefore, Yasmine Ow's husband is ready to help Ammar to support Irish Bella.
"It's easy, God willing, I'll still be here, Bang Ammar's representative too. Bang Ammar will definitely try to find out how to get Rp. 10 million," he added.
"If, for example, you are asked to take responsibility, God willing, when I am there, I will definitely give it," continued Aditya Zoni.
For Aditya, he still has an obligation to help his brother. Bearing in mind, Ammar is currently experiencing a disaster and is having difficulty earning a living.
"It will definitely help, after all, it's our brother, right? Our brother's responsibility will definitely fall on us, his little brother," he said.
