Brilio.net - The polemic between Tiko Aryawardhana and his ex-wife Arina Winarto is still ongoing. Arina Winarto reported Tiko for alleged embezzlement of Rp6.3 billion. Shortly after, Tiko responded by making a counter-report against Arina for alleged illegal data access.
However, recently Bunga Citra Lestari's husband was reported to have withdrawn the report against his ex-wife. This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Senior Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi. He said that Tiko had sent a letter of withdrawal of the police report to investigators at the South Jakarta Metro Police on August 2, 2024.
"South Jakarta Metro Police have received a letter from the reporter, TPA (Tiko Aryawardhana) regarding the withdrawal of the police report where previously the person concerned made a report to the Jakarta Metro Police which was then transferred to the South Jakarta Police," said Ade Ary as reported by brilio.net from liputan6.com on Wednesday (21/8).

Ade Ary further said that Tiko Aryawardhana did not openly reveal the reasons for the withdrawal of the police report. Written in the letter, Tiko only revealed that it was done for personal reasons.
"That is what is explained in the letter of withdrawal of the report to the South Jakarta Police Chief and the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit," he added.

Previously, Tiko reported his ex-wife on July 12 regarding the transmission of personal data without permission. The report was registered with the number LP/B/3968/VII/2024/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. Tiko reported back because he felt aggrieved.
Tiko's attorney, Irfan Aghasar explained that the report filed by Tiko began when his ex-wife took Tiko's laptop by force. They claimed that the laptop contained various personal files belonging to Tiko.
"So Mas Tiko in early 2022, the laptop and iMac were taken by force by AW. But inside the laptop were company data files, then photos, properties in the form of songs which were Mas Tiko's investments for commercial purposes because he is also a DJ," said Irfan Aghasar.

After that, Irfan said that AW allegedly transferred company data and Tiko's songs on the laptop without Tiko's knowledge or permission. Irfan explained that the transferred data was an important digital file that should be kept confidential.
"But what is important is that there is transmission data or digital files on the laptop that we suspect have been transmitted and given to certain parties without Mr. Tiko's permission, which has caused losses," said Irfan.
"So the data is company data that should have been requested for permission to be confirmed first," he emphasized.
