Brilio.net - Tengku Dewi and Andrew Andika's household is still a topic of conversation. The Cibinong Religious Court, West Java has announced that Tengku Dewi Putri has withdrawn her divorce suit against Andrew Andika before the birth of her second child. This makes Tengku Dewi and her husband's divorce considered complete and no longer ongoing.
However, in response to the statement, Minola Sebayang as Tengku Dewi's attorney immediately spoke up. His party denied that they had withdrawn the divorce suit against Andrew Andika at the Cibinong Religious Court.
Minola said she had immediately confirmed to her client about the withdrawal. She also admitted that the withdrawal of the lawsuit at the Cibinong Religious Court was without her knowledge.
"This is without us knowing, an e-court decision was issued that the plaintiff withdrew his lawsuit," said Minola Sebayang, quoted by brilio.net from liputan6.com on Wednesday (21/8).

Minola said that even if they were going to withdraw the lawsuit, it must be accompanied by a power of attorney. However, her client said that she had never immediately stated firmly that she wanted to withdraw her divorce lawsuit against her husband.
"We never withdrew. Even if we withdrew, we must have a power of attorney, a letter of request for withdrawal. If the principal withdraws, that is possible, but there is no firm word from Dewi to withdraw the lawsuit," he added.
Because of the circulating statement, Minola began to question the Religious Court which seemed to have subjective thoughts. The reason is, it unilaterally considered Tengku Dewi's lawsuit to be withdrawn. Therefore, Minola will send a letter of protest because she never felt that she had withdrawn the lawsuit.

"How come the decision to withdraw the lawsuit was issued? Yes, we question why it is like this, we ask that this divorce case must be continued because there was never a withdrawal," continued Minola Sebayang.
Minola convincingly stated that her client really wanted to separate from Andrew Andika. Tengku Dewi has made a written statement that she never withdrew her divorce suit against her husband. She denied withdrawing the suit either verbally or in writing.
"He said he never withdrew it and finally made a statement letter which said: With this letter I declare that I have never withdrawn my lawsuit either verbally or in writing," said Minola Sebayang, quoting Tengku Dewi's statement letter.

Furthermore, Minola said that the three judges at the Cibinong Religious Court are currently being questioned by the High Religious Court, regarding the withdrawal of Tengku Dewi's lawsuit. In addition, his party will also prepare a re-lawsuit if Tengku Dewi's divorce process cannot be continued.
So the court said that three panels of judges were examined by the High Religious Court. Why without any wind and rain the lawsuit was withdrawn. If it cannot be continued, the mechanism is that we must repeat the lawsuit," concluded Minola.
