Celebrity Fuji is back in the public spotlight after a video showing him smoking an e-cigarette or vape went viral on social media. This moment occurred when Fuji was interacting with Rachel Vennya and Erika Carlina via video call, and was accidentally revealed to the public.
In the video, Rachel and Erika are at a restaurant, while Fuji looks relaxed at home while smoking his vape. Of course, this upload immediately sparked various comments from netizens. So, how did Haji Faisal, Fuji's father, respond to this incident?
"I don't think it needs to be exaggerated, I don't know. Maybe he was just messing around at home, feeling bored, it could be. Sometimes we feel bored at home, but not too much, not excessive," said Haji Faisal when met in South Jakarta, Wednesday (11/12).
Haji Faisal also emphasized the importance of discipline in educating children. He admitted that he always applies strict rules, even though his children now have their own homes. "For me, my rules are still strict and highly disciplined. It's just that I'm separated from my children because each of them already has a home. Things that I don't know about in that house, I can't control," he explained.
According to Haji Faisal, Fuji's act of vaping might just be a way to relieve boredom after work. "They are also bored in doing something. Maybe he does something at home, I don't think it's possible to prohibit it too much," he added.
However, Haji Faisal also expressed his concerns about Fuji's friendship environment. He felt that some of Fuji's friends were not quite right and should have looked after each other. "Sometimes there are friends who are not quite right in my opinion, they are not looking for something, whatever their purpose is, I don't understand either. If they are friends, they should look after each other. There is no perfect human being in this world," he said.
