Brilio.net - Doctor and beauty clinic boss, Richard Lee, has opened his voice regarding the issue of him seeking fame through YouTube content by inviting ustaz. This issue also spread to the public until it was reported that he would convert to Islam or embrace Islam.
Richard admitted that he had an interest in studying Islam even though he was a Christian. This is what makes him invite ustaz to his content. Even so, he did not want to openly reveal the issue of him changing religions. For him, the decision to change religion is not for public consumption.

" Long before I spoke in the media, I had already said to you (Reni) several times that I had always consistently wanted to learn, wanted to know (the Islamic religion). The question of whether or not (converting to Islam), in my opinion, is not for public consumption at this time and I'm not looking for money from there ," said doctor Richard Lee, quoted from the TikTok account @drichardlee_media, Wednesday (26/6).
However, he emphasized that he had no intention of exploiting this issue to make money. It was stated that his journey to study Islam was not for the sake of fame or making money.
" Many people said, 'Wow, Doctor Richard is looking for money, he's looking for attention, he's looking for prestige from here (the issue of converting to Islam).' "There are definitely many people who want to come to see it, but that's not my goal ," he explained.
However, this 38 year old man does not rule out the possibility that one day he will open up about religion. This is all for the sake of inspiring many people regarding the importance of religious tolerance.

" I don't know if in the future I will do things that might inspire people, what I want, we don't know. But until now, I'm not looking for money or fortune from this. I'm looking for confidence. I'm trying to learn "Finding confidence is what I want, " said Doctor Richard.
On the other hand, his wife, Reni, apparently allowed her husband to convert to Islam by embracing Islam. One of the conditions put forward by the wife with Doctor Richard's decision was to do better without hurting other people.

" I agree, as long as you don't hurt other people, don't harm other people. Yes, your mind is not filled with anger and surrender. Religion is up to each individual, the only price is to do good, do lots of charity and don't harm or hurt other people ," said Reni.
