Brilio.net - The drug case that ensnared musician Virgoun is still in the spotlight. Previously, news of Virgoun's arrest with a woman with the initials PA shocked the public. During the raid, the police succeeded in obtaining evidence of methamphetamine-type narcotics.
Police Commissioner M Syahduddi detailed that three people were named suspects in the drug case. They are Virgoun, PA as Virgoun's female friend, and B alias BGS as the provider of crystal methamphetamine.
After almost a week of rolling, the case entered a new development. Tuesday (25/6) the West Jakarta Metro Police stated that Virgoun , his female friend, PA and his partner, B, would undergo rehabilitation, not criminal justice.

Police regarding Virgoun, PA, and B, article 127 paragraph 1 letter A, Republic of Indonesia Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, regarding the abuse of class 1 narcotics for oneself. Abuse subject to this article requires rehabilitation or a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.
Reporting from Kapanlagi.com, Syahduddi explained that rehabilitating the three suspects was based on the results of an integrated assessment from the DKI Jakarta Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP).
"So the assessment process, as well as the recommendations for this assessment, did not come from West Jakarta Metro Police investigators. "But based on recommendations from the DKI Jakarta BNNP integrated assessment," said Syahduddi during a press conference, Tuesday (25/6).
From the results of the examination, they were determined to be victims of narcotics abuse, not as dealers or dealers. Virgoun and his two friends will undergo rehabilitation at the Drug Dependency Hospital (RSKO) for three months.
"Today the results of the assessment have been sent to BNNP DKI Jakarta and the three of them will undergo rehabilitation for three months at RSKO Jakarta," he concluded.

It turns out that this is not the first time Virgoun has consumed drugs. To the police, Inara Rusli's ex-husband admitted that he had taken drugs in 2012. However, he had stopped and only started using them again this year.
For his actions, Virgoun expressed his apologies to his family, especially his three children. He also promised not to use these illegal items again.
"I personally want to apologize to all parties, the Indonesian people, my family, my three children, people at the label, my friends in the band. God willing, this will be the last time, hopefully I will be better," explained Virgoun.
