The first thing to do is cover the lips with concealer or complexion. So make sure the lips look pale to disguise black lines and uneven color on the lips.

Once done, apply bold lip cream on the edge or top-bottom line of the lips only. Then blend or smooth it towards the inside of the lips using a cotton bud. If you don't have one, you can use your fingers. At this stage, make a little overline to give a blur effect to the lips.
