Brilio.net - Aging is a natural cycle that everyone will experience. During aging, the function of the body's organs gradually decreases over time. This not only reduces energy, but also affects a person's skin condition. Signs of aging that often appear on the skin include wrinkles and dark spots.

Wrinkles are formed due to decreased production of collagen and elastin in the skin as we age. Collagen and elastin are proteins that give skin its strength and elasticity, and decreased production makes the skin less elastic, resulting in fine lines or wrinkles.

Dark spots, or hyperpigmentation, occur due to increased production of melanin, the skin's pigment. This accumulated melanin causes dark or brown spots to appear on the skin's surface. One factor that contributes to accelerated aging is sun exposure.

The fact that almost everyone's face is exposed to pollution and excessive sunlight every day not only damages the collagen and elastin structure, but also triggers an imbalance in melanin production. As a result, people often appear to be aging prematurely.

Although aging is inevitable, you can delay and disguise its signs by relying on various natural ingredients to utilize their content as an alternative solution. One thing you can do is to utilize rice together with almond oil, as reported by briliobeauty.net from the Instagram account @ariba_pervaiz on Friday (6/12).

Rice is basically a staple food source that is rich in vitamin B complex components, minerals such as magnesium and zinc, and antioxidants such as vitamin E. The vitamin B complex in it helps repair and maintain skin integrity. While vitamin E and these minerals act as antioxidants that fight free radicals and help slow down the skin aging process.

Rice also contains ferulic acid, which can help protect the skin from sun damage. Ferulic acid is anti-inflammatory and has photoprotective effects, so it can help reduce the risk of skin damage from UV exposure.

The oil extracted from almonds themselves also has significant benefits for skin care. Almond oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid, as well as vitamin E and phytosterols. Monounsaturated fatty acids help keep the skin moisturized and improve its elasticity, thereby helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Vitamin E in almond oil is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radical damage and helps prevent premature aging. Meanwhile, phytosterols help reduce inflammation in the skin and can help fade dark spots caused by hyperpigmentation. Well, you can turn these two ingredients above into an effective moisturizer in the following way.
