Before applying makeup products during retouching, make sure to make your facial skin feel more moisturized. You can use priming water or face spray. Just spray enough all over your face.

After that, apply a cushion formulated for dry skin. You can also choose a hydrating cushion that can keep makeup in place even on dry skin. Apply by tapping thinly, so that the previous makeup is blended perfectly.

Then, spray priming water or face spray to make the cushion stick better to the skin. Wait until dry, then apply loose powder to set the complexion.
