Brilio.net - No one can predict a person's future. Difficulties are inevitable, but with determination, hard work and the right opportunities, new paths to success are possible.

That's what a man named Rofiq felt. Together with his younger brother, he has struggled to get out of a difficult economic situation. Fortunately, now he can reap the fruits of this struggle. The story can be seen via the YouTube video posted by the Broken Eggs account.

It is known that Rofiq and his younger brother Fauzi are the owners of a property business called the Irfai group. Meanwhile, the name Irfai comes from the name of his late father. Both admitted that they built the business from scratch because no one had knowledge in the property sector.

Rofiq said that he was born into a family that was not rich. In fact, his father used to only climb trees, whether coconut or durian. Sometimes the wages are not enough to meet needs. In the video, he said that his father was only paid Rp. 4,000 per day.

However, one day, his father fell while climbing a durian tree. Rofiq said that at that time his father had been in a coma in hospital for 10 days. Not long after, the doctor said that his father's life could not be saved.

"So, sir, his background was, sorry, a coconut tree climber, and also a durian tree climber. One time, he was working, and fell from a durian tree. He was in a coma for 10 days in the hospital, then he died," said Rofiq, quoted from YouTube Broken Eggs on Saturday (3/8).

After his father died, there was no longer a backbone for his family. Meanwhile, Rofiq and his younger brother are still in the SMO class. In fact, due to limited funds, in the end none of them could continue their studies.

"After my father died, because of limited funds, in the end we couldn't continue studying," he continued.

It seems that Rofiq does not want to remain silent about the situation he is experiencing. He is determined to change his fate by building a property business. Initially, Rofiq even admitted that he had lied to his younger brother to invite him to build the business together.

"Yes, in the beginning of this business, it was because my character could be said to be too ambitious. Even when I started working, I actually tricked my younger brother," said Rofiq.

He said he asked his younger brother to sell all the assets he had. Because he knows Fauzi's character, who is often careful. If he hadn't been lied to, Rofiq wouldn't have been able to build the business.

"When I wanted to start this business, I lied to my younger brother. I told him to sell all his assets with the confidence that he would continue to get a job. Because I know that if I didn't lie to my younger brother, he would be too thoughtful," said Rofiq. .

Now the business seems to be running smoothly. Many fields are carried out through the Irfai group's property business . In fact, currently, the Irfai group has succeeded in building 6,000 subsidized housing units.

"If we talk about units, bro, that's more than 6,000 that we have built. We have a target that in 1 year we must be able to build at least between 1,000 and 1,500 houses," explained the two.

No half-hearted, these two men who didn't even graduate from junior high school earn a fantastic turnover every year. Fauzi revealed that they earn around 150 to 200 billion rupiah per year.

"Turnover? Yes, in terms of property, per year it's probably around 150 to 200 billion," said Fauzi.
