Even though Maia Estianty and Ahmad Dhani have divorced, El Rumi has a good relationship with his biological parents. Maia even always advises her three sons, Al Ghazali, El Rumi and Dul Jaelani, to build a relationship with their biological father.
In fact, El still lives with her father and stepmother, Mulan Jameela. Not alone, El also lives with his older brother, Al.
