So, the main ingredient to replace flour to make this tart cake is sweet potatoes. Reporting from eatingwell.com, sweet potatoes can be a good substitute for flour because they have more vitamins and fiber. Plus, sweet potatoes are also gluten-free , unlike flour which contains a lot of gluten.

Peel the sweet potato first, then cut it into pieces so that the size is not too big. After cutting, steam the sweet potatoes until the texture is soft.
