Jennifer also doesn't just prepare a breakfast menu in the form of puree (porridge) for Kamari. Sometimes, he also uses whole foods, such as pieces of fruit. So, the trick is to make it easier for children to eat, choose fruit that is ripe and soft.

"In order to train him later when (he can) eat solids (whole foods), so we've taught him, like eating a ripe avocado or banana, so he bites it himself," said Jennifer.
