This guy makes chocolate mousse using 1 leftover ingredient, it stays soft even without whipping cream

Just like its name, chocolate mousse is definitely made using chocolate. On the other hand, this dish is also usually made using whipping cream or gelatin, so the texture can be soft. However, Instagram account user @shivesh17 has an unusual way to make chocolate mousse, you know.

Indian chef Shivesh explained that he has a simpler chocolate mousse recipe, which uses one leftover ingredient. Wow, what do you think it will be like?

First prepare 1.5 cups of dark chocolate . Heat the chocolate until it melts. You can melt it using the double boiling technique, which is heating a bowl of chocolate over boiling water. Then, set the chocolate aside.

Prepare a blender cup, then fill it with 1 cup of leftover rice. Yup, that's the main ingredient to make this chocolate mousse. Add 1/2 cup of hot water to help soften the rice later. Finally, pour in the melted chocolate.

Process the rice, hot water, and chocolate in a blender until completely smooth. Next, pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the pan. Chill the chocolate mousse in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Once cooled, sprinkle the chocolate mousse with chocolate powder. The processed chocolate mousse from rice can then be served immediately. How, the result is very appetizing, right?
