Material:
- 350 grams of shank meat (cut into pieces)
- 1 small radish (thinly cut)
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 lime leaves
- 1 galangal segment, crushed
- 1 segment of ginger, crushed
- Salt and stock powder to taste
- 500 ml and 1000 ml water
- Cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 5 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Complementary:
- Soybeans, fried
- Emping
- Cayenne pepper
- Celery
- Fried onions
- Lime
- Boiled turnips
How to make:
1. Boil the meat. Leave it for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the meat, wash it clean.
