One trick is to regularly do weight lifting. Dilan admits that he can do this sport 4 to 5 times a week. This sport is not done alone, but with the guidance of a trainer, so that the movements do not pose a risk of injury.

"For the weight lifting movements, I use a coach so I don't get too fast," he stressed, quoted by BrilioFood from TikTok @dilanjaniyar_2 on Tuesday (16/7).

Not only exercising, of course Dilan also goes on a diet. He did this Dilan-style diet for 4 months until he was able to get the slim body he has now. During those 4 months, he admitted that he only ate dessert or sweet dishes once a week.

"Clean eating 4 months (cheat day 1x a week)," he wrote in the video caption.

Meanwhile, for Dilan's clean eating diet, he admits to avoiding oil and flour-based foods. As a result, most of the menu consists of animal protein (red or white meat) and vegetables.

Because he avoids oil, Dilan often cooks his diet menu in an air fryer or non-stick Teflon. So, this diet is the key to Dilan Janiyar's thin body now.
