Dry ingredients:
- 100 gr tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken flavoring
Slice ingredients:
- 2 curly chilies
- 3 spring onions, just take the green ones
- 250 ml water
How to make:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in one container, stir well.
2. Add chilies and spring onions cut into thin slices.
3. Boil the water, pour the boiling water into the container containing the dry mixture.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Cut 1 large sheet of spring roll skin into 16 small sheets.
