Material:
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Enough water

Contents:
- 200 gr chicken, boiled then shredded
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 strands of celery
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 5 carrots, cut into cubes
- 3 potatoes, cut into cubes
- 100 gr flour, dilute
- White sugar
- Salt
- Broth powder

Dyeing and coating materials:
- Flour mixed with water
- Bread crumb

How to make:
1. Skin: Mix all ingredients until smooth, strain. Omelet one by one in Teflon. Do this until the dough runs out.
2. Filling: Saute the onion until soft, then add the garlic. Saute until fragrant.
3. Add carrots, stir well. Add the stock water used to boil the chicken.
4. Add potatoes and shredded chicken. Cook until slightly soft.
