This method was shared by YouTube user ashant CHANNEL. In addition to being tender, the meat also doesn't smell anymore.

"The result is really soft and doesn't smell at all. You can even shred it by hand," he explained, quoted by BrilioFood from YouTube ashant CHANNEL on Monday (23/9).

First, wash the beef that will be boiled in running water. Then drain.

Add lime juice to the beef. Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Let stand for 3 minutes.

"This function is to neutralize the fishy smell of beef. You can also use lemon if you don't have any," he explained further.

While waiting, add enough water to the pan. Then boil using medium heat until the water is really boiling.

"When it boils, we reduce the heat on the stove and then add the crushed ginger and the beef," he said.
