As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube Koko Kuliner on Saturday (11/9), first wash 1 cup of glass with plain water. To make it maximally clean and not easily stale, rinse the rice 2 to 3 times.

Put the clean rice into the rice cooker pan. Don't forget to add water to it too. Now, so that the texture of the dry rice is really dry, make sure you use the right amount of water.
