Material:
- 150 gr rice flour
- 50 gr wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pandan paste
- 150 granulated sugar
- 300 ml of water
- 2 pandan leaves

How to make:
1. Cook sugar, water and pandan leaves, strain and warm.
2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, flour and salt.
3. Pour in the warm sugar, stir with a whisk until smooth and not lumpy, add pandan paste.
4. Continue to beat the mixture for 15 minutes, then let it rest for 4 hours.
5. Heat the oil over low heat, once it is hot, pour a spoonful of the mixture in the middle of the pan, leave it to set. Drizzle with oil then turn over, pierce the middle with a chopstick and remove.
