Brilio.net - Stainless steel pans are one of the most popular and widely used kitchen utensils. The main advantage of stainless steel pans is their extraordinary durability.
Stainless steel material is known for its durable strength, does not rust easily, and does not react with acidic or alkaline foods, making it safe to use for cooking various types of food. In addition, this pan is also easy to clean and does not absorb odors or flavors, ensuring that the taste of food remains authentic every time it is cooked.
However, despite its many advantages, stainless steel pans are not without their drawbacks. One of the problems often encountered is that the bottom or bottom is easily burned and blackened when used for cooking. This is especially true if the pan is used at high temperatures or if oil and food residue are not cleaned immediately.
Burnt and blackened pan bottoms can also be harder to clean than other parts. This burnt residue tends to stick to stainless steel surfaces and requires extra effort to remove.
Using an abrasive cleaning tool may be necessary, but it can damage the surface of the pan if you are not careful. To be safer, you can use a trick from YouTube user Come One Be Creative in cleaning the bottom of a burnt stainless steel pan. Through one of the videos uploaded, he admitted to only using natural ingredients.
Usually, the natural ingredient that many people use is vinegar. So the bottom of the pan will be compressed with tissue that is given vinegar. This one kitchen ingredient is considered more effective in removing stubborn stains on the pan.
But YouTube user Come One Be Creative chose not to use vinegar. Instead, he relied on other ingredients. As reported by BrilioFood on Wednesday (3/12), the kitchen ingredients used were baking soda and salt. To be more precise, the salt used was coarse salt. But besides that, he also relied on liquid detergent as a cleaning agent for the bottom of this pan.

Well, how to use it is quite easy. First, prepare a bowl and pour enough liquid detergent. After that, add baking soda and coarse salt. If you don't have any, you can use fine salt in the kitchen.

Once all the ingredients are in, add a little water and stir until dissolved. Next, strain this liquid and transfer it into a spray bottle. That way, the cleaning fluid will be easier to use.

Continue spraying this liquid directly onto the bottom of the pan that is burnt and black. After that, scrub it using a rough sponge or wire wool.
No need to rub too hard, just rub it, then the burnt stain will immediately fade. Do this process until the bottom of the pan is clean again.
After that, rinse the pan under running water. If there are still stubborn black stains, you can apply the cleaning fluid. Then scrub and rinse again. Shortly after rinsing, the bottom of the pan that was previously black looks cleaner and shiny like new.
