Brilio.net - Worcester sauce is a seasoning that has a savory, spicy taste and a distinctive aroma. The use of Worcester sauce can enhance the deliciousness of various dishes. This seasoning is often used as a flavor enhancer in cooking.

Chinese cuisine, especially stir-fries, often uses Worcestershire sauce in its preparation. Worcestershire sauce is also suitable for use as a marinade for meat because it provides an umami taste. The use of Worcestershire sauce in Indonesia is common as a seasoning for fried rice and chili sauce.

The availability of Worcestershire sauce is still limited to supermarkets or large stores in urban areas. The popularity of Worcestershire sauce in villages or remote areas is not as high as soy sauce or sweet soy sauce. Distribution limitations make this product difficult to find in some areas.

Making Worcestershire sauce can be done independently at home as an alternative. The manufacturing process is relatively simple and not complicated. The ingredients needed in making Worcestershire sauce are also easily available on the market.
