Material:
- 100 gr rice flour
- 85 gr granulated sugar
- 1 pandan leaf
- 300 ml of water
- 150 ml instant coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 130 gr jackfruit, cut into small pieces
How to make:
1. Prepare a pan, add the rice flour, then pour in the water and coconut milk a little at a time while stirring well, so that the rice flour is mixed evenly.
2. Then add granulated sugar, salt and pandan leaves. Cook over medium heat while stirring.
3. Once thickened, add the jackfruit. Mix well again, until the texture of the mixture is thick and smooth. Turn off the heat.
4. Prepare a plastic mold, with a shape according to your taste. Just grease the mold lightly, then add the nagasari mixture while compacting it, full and even. Do it until the end.
5. Prepare a steamer, heat it. Then put in the mold, steam for 15-20 minutes. Remove, wait a bit to cool. Flip Nagasari, then ready to serve.
