First, prepare the goat meat that will be processed. Then, prepare tools such as a cutting board and a sharp knife. Then cut the goat meat into dice.

Then, prepare one fresh pineapple. Peel the pineapple skin and cut it into small pieces. Then mix the pineapple and meat in one container.

Squeeze pineapple and goat meat. To be hygienic, you can use plastic gloves. Squeeze one by one at the same time until the goat meat is mixed with pineapple juice.

Then, prepare kitchen spices such as lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, ginger and water. Then, mix all the spices with the goat meat and pineapple. After that, turn on the stove and boil the mixture over high heat.

While waiting for it to boil, prepare other spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. Once boiling, add the cinnamon and cardamom to the pan. Reduce heat and boil for 30 minutes.
