After investigating, the Instagram user apparently relies on 2 kitchen ingredients in the form of vinegar and salt. First of all, take out the frozen fish from the freezer then pour warm water until the fish sinks.

"Make sure the water is warm, not hot," explained the Instagram account @tiksurianip, quoted by BrilioFood on Monday (15/7).

Then add approximately 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of salt. Then stir until the two ingredients are evenly mixed. It is known that salt can help maintain the water temperature warm. Meanwhile, vinegar contains acetic acid which can soften fish.

Next, let the fish rest for approximately 10-15 minutes. You can see that the ice attached to the fish is starting to melt. The fish is ready to be cooked. That way, the cooking process becomes faster and more practical.
