Material:
- 3 diced potatoes
- 3 carrots, diced
- A handful of green beans, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 red onions
- 1/2 large onion
- Salt, sugar, pepper and mushroom stock to taste
- Water

Rissole leather material:
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 700 ml of water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- Cooking oil for spreading Teflon

Lining material:
- Water
- Wheat
- 1 egg mixed until slightly thick
- Bread crumbs

How to make:
1. Make the filling, saut all the onions until fragrant and cooked. Add the vegetables and add a little water.
2. Add the spring onions, add spices, taste according to taste. Cook until the water reduces.
3. Make the rissol shell, mix the flour and tapioca in a large container and add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. The dough should not be too thick.
4. Add water little by little while stirring well. Then strain the mixture and add oil.
5. Heat the Teflon, pour in 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture and cook over low heat until the mixture is not sticky. Do this until the skin mixture is finished. If the Teflon starts to stick, you can grease it with cooking oil using a tissue.
6. Fill the skin dough with 1 tablespoon of vegetable filling and fold.
7. Prepare the liquid mixture then add the rissoles and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Risoles are ready to be fried.
8. Fry over medium heat until brown. Lift and serve.
