Material:
- 500 gr pureed mackerel fish
- 35 gr wheat flour
- 225 gr sago flour or tapioca
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- Pepper powder and stock powder
- 6-8 eggs for filling

How to make:
1. Blend the fish until it forms a soft paste. Add the beaten egg, stir until combined. Add fine garlic, salt, sugar, ground pepper and stock powder. Stir well.
2. Gradually add the wheat flour and sago flour little by little. Don't use more than 200 grams for 350 grams of fish mixture.
3. Coat both hands with sago flour, take a fistful of dough. Round it then make it slightly oval, and make a hole in the middle using your right thumb, until it forms a glass. Then add 1 egg that has been placed into a small bowl, slowly pour it into the glass-like mixture, then cover the top of the mixture by taping it until it is all covered.
4. Put the formed pempek directly into the pan that has been prepared previously, filled with boiling water and a little oil, add it and boil until it floats. Lift and drain.
5. Fry immediately or can be stored in the refrigerator.
