Material:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 7 small red chilies or according to taste
- 2 large red chilies
- 1 kencur segment
- 1 handful of onion crackers and macaroni
- Mustard greens to taste
- 2 sausages
- 1 egg
- 1 spring onion
- Shredded chicken
- Salt, sugar and seasoning according to taste

How to make:
1. The first step in making seblak is to soak the crackers and macaroni in hot water or boil them, then make sure they expand.
2. Then grind the spices such as shallots, garlic, galangal and chilies.
3. Then prepare a frying pan, saute the spices with just a little oil, wait until fragrant.
4. Add 3 glasses of water, wait until everything boils.
5. Add the eggs, then stir everything until evenly mixed. Then add all the ingredients such as sausage, shredded chicken and mustard greens.
6. Cook until cooked, then add salt, sugar and flavorings according to taste. Seblak is ready to be served while warm.
