Material:
- 400 gr high protein flour
- 100 gr medium protein flour
- 110 gr granulated sugar
- 7 grams of instant yeast
- 40 gr powdered milk
- 1 1/2 gr bread improver
- 125 gr cold UHT milk
- 100 gr cold water
- 3 egg yolks
- 10 grams of crumb softener (bread softener)
- 75 gr butter
- 3 grams of salt
- 5 grams of cocoa powder and a little chocolate paste
- 10 grams of powdered cheese

Filling and sprinkles:
- Parmesan cheese
- Chocolate

How to make:
1. Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, powdered milk and bread improver.
2. Add the eggs, UHT milk and cold water until half smooth.
3. Add crumb softener, butter and salt, mixer until smooth.
4. Divide the finished dough into 2 pieces, 520 gr each. Add chocolate powder, pasta and cheese powder to each one. Knead until smooth.
5. Let stand until it doubles in size. Punch it down and roll it out, divide the dough into 40 grams each, then let it rest for another 10 minutes.
6. Roll out and fill with filling. Let stand until doubled in size then oven until cooked.
7. Remove then brush with butter while hot.
