Material:
- 5 pieces of white tofu soaked in fried spices 1/2 cooked
- 4 cabbage leaves, finely sliced
- 1 cup fried peanuts, coarsely crushed
- Shrimp bakwan
- Boiled bean sprouts
- Celery leaves, sliced
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic
- Sweet soy sauce
Soup ingredients:
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 2 pieces of palm sugar
- 1 tbsp tamarind
- Salt to taste
- Boil all the soup ingredients until boiling, adjust the taste
Presentation:
1. Grind the chilies and 1 small garlic or 1/2 if it is large on a plate, add the crushed nuts.
