Material:
- 250 gr peanuts
- 150 gr brown sugar, fine comb
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 curly red chilies
- 8 red cayenne peppers
- 8 lime leaves, remove the leaf bones
- 1/2 tsp tamarind
- 3/4 tsp salt

- Kale, boiled
- Bean sprouts, boiled
- Other vegetables according to taste

How to make:
1. Roast the nuts until cooked. Roast garlic, curly chilies, cayenne pepper, lime leaves until cooked and dry.
2. Puree the nuts, roasted spices, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, tamarind.
3. Serve: Take some peanut sauce, dissolve it in enough hot water. Arrange rice and boiled vegetables, sprinkle with peanut sauce, add complementary side dishes and peyek.
