As was done by a netizen using the TikTok account @sarubiaaa. In the video upload, this woman can be seen making milk tofu for a snack on Saturday. He admitted that he copied this milk tofu recipe from another TikTok resident's account.

The method is fairly easy, first dissolve 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of flavoring, and 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 liter of water then boil. When it's boiling, add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder, stir evenly.

After that, turn off the stove and wait until the boiled water becomes warm. If so, then put the tofu in it. To soak completely, the tofu must be left overnight. This netizen even deliberately soaked the tofu for 2 days. After letting it sit for 2 days, drain it.

It looks like the texture of the tofu is much softer. Because you want to consume it, the finished milk tofu is immediately fried in hot oil. Unfortunately, because it is turned too often, the milk tofu actually breaks down and combines with the cooking oil.

Because he was still curious, he tried frying milk tofu a second time. This time, the milk tofu was deliberately not turned so that the result was intact.

"When I turned it over, it turned out okay, it worked too," said the owner of the video.
