Banjar soto recipe, a delicious typical Kalimantan dish that you shouldn't miss

Material:
- 800 gr chicken breast
- 3-5 star anise
- 5-7 cloves
- 1/2 nutmeg
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Sugar

Ground spices:
- 12 red onions
- 6 garlic
- 3 fried candlenuts
- 3 cm ginger

Additional spices:
- 2 tablespoons boiled potatoes
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 tbsp powdered milk

How to cook:
1. Wash the chicken then boil until half cooked.
2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add star anise, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
3. Add the stir-fried spices to the chicken stew. Add salt, sugar and ground pepper. Remove the chicken and put it in a container, shred it.
4. Add additional spices to the stewpan, stir well. Add finely fried garlic. Stir well then turn off the heat.

Presentation:
1. Arrange the lontong in a bowl. Add vermicelli, shredded chicken, pieces of perkedel, and boiled eggs.

3. Add chips, fried shallots and celery leaves.
