Material:
- 2 bunches of sweet potato leaves
- 3 roasted shallots
- 1/2 piece of grilled shrimp paste
- 5 red bird's eye chilies
- 3 tablespoons palm sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 squeezed lime

How to make:
1. Weed the sweet potato leaves, include half the stems, once soft, remove, cover with cold water and drain.
2. For the chili sauce, mash the cayenne pepper, grilled shallots, grilled shrimp paste and palm sugar, until smooth and evenly mixed. Add lime juice, stir well.
3. Arrange the boiled sweet potato leaves on a plate, drizzle with the chili sauce, serve.
