Not long after the news emerged, Ayu collaborated with lawyer Sandy Arifin to resolve the problem. Reporting from the SCTV Hot Shot interview, Sandy has discussed this with his client.
"Yes, Sis Ayu was chatting with me about netizens. Yes, maybe our client feels disadvantaged so we're still discussing it. There were a lot of comments, right? However, Sandy did not explain further because it was still confidential. He explained that there were already several examples that had been fulfilled. Apart from that, his team is still studying laws that could serve as a reference.

Nevertheless, Sandy emphasized that Ayu would still file a lawsuit if there were still netizens who were bullying her. The actions taken can be various, such as subpoenas.
"Not yet, but we are still studying. But we will get there, if for example it doesn't stop, and there are still many people bullying our clients, maybe we will give a summons first. Maybe we will try to communicate with the person concerned if he is in Jakarta," he explained.
Shandy explained that his party had collected evidence and witnesses. Especially regarding untrue news that is detrimental to clients.
"It's definitely a good name, and also news that is not true. Some netizens are still chatting which, according to our client, their good name might be harmed. We are still studying, we are still collecting evidence, we are still gathering several witnesses who saw it," he added further. .

So far, no harm has been caused as a result of these news. There have been 3 pieces of evidence collected by the lawyer.
