There is no needles involved in the process and we are talking about painting and not permanent ink!

Brilio.net/en - Benjamin Lloyd is a tattoo artist from New Zealand whos work can seem quite controversial at first look. Lately hes been drawing flowers and skulls on the overall arm (sleeve) of very young kids and his creations went viral!

However, there is no needles involved in the process and we are talking about painting and not permanent ink! The initiative of Benjamins project was to offer tattoos for hospitalized kids. He immediately noticed the impact on the kids and explained how incredible it was to see them instantly gain confidence and see how it boosts their ego.

The idea probably came from his own personal childhood experience as he said in an interview: I was teased every day at school and so I would draw over my hand and up my sleeve. [] I just got better and better, eventually I had a line-up of people wanting me to draw on them, I was doing deals with kids swapping cards and marbles.

Last Sunday, Lloyd posted on his Facebook account that he promised to give free tattoo for all the sick children of Aucklands Starship Childrens Hospital if the post got 50 likes. The number of likes far exceeded the initial expectation as the post went viral and was shared over 200.000 times and already surpassed 400.000 likes...!

The only problem is that the kids refuse to take a shower afterwards, to make the illusions last longer. In every instance this unique initiative is already becoming popular as other tattoo artists might do the same in others countries.
