The first step is to clean the outside of the fan using an old toothbrush. However, this method is not entirely effective because the toothbrush can only reach the outside of the fan. Dust that sticks to the inside of the fan is still difficult to reach without additional methods.
After cleaning the outside, he continued by mixing the prepared ingredients. He used 1 teaspoon of dish soap and added enough baking soda. The mixture was then dissolved with clean water in a container.

With the plastic covering the fan, he then turned on the fan. According to him, this step was intended so that the rotation of the fan blades could help throw out dust and dirt that had been loosened by the cleaning solution.
The results are quite satisfying. The dust that was previously stuck to the fan blades finally fell off and collected at the bottom of the plastic bag.
