Brilio.net - Working in the National Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago, which is a major government project, is indeed the dream of many people. Many imagine working on the project as a golden opportunity to contribute to national development. One of the lucky ones to get the opportunity is the owner of the TikTok account @ocimki, who currently works as a photographer at the Ministry of PUPR.
Through his video uploads, he shared his experiences about the reality of working in the field of Indonesia's new capital city. Although it sounds glamorous and fantastic, the reality faced in the field is not always in accordance with expectations. He was also underestimated because his job was only taking pictures, not to mention the various tasks in the field which were certainly full of challenges.

In his video, @ocimki shows how his daily duties as a photographer often involve working non-stop, from morning to night. He describes a challenging and stressful work situation. The video uploaded on TikTok shows how busy his work schedule is.
" 'Morning coverage sir.' Ready sir. 'Sir, take a photo of the progress, send it in 1 hour.' Ready sir, " he wrote in the video, indicating that he had to be ready in various conditions.
It's not just about being ready in the field. It turns out that he must always be ready in a condition that is still sick because of the demands of work that cannot be left. He showed his condition when sleeping on the project and when on an IV because of illness, but had to finish the job.

"'Did you sleep last night, sir?' Ready, sir. 'Will the video be finished tomorrow morning?' Ready, sir. 'Will the video be revised, sir.' Ready, sir," he wrote.
The video was shown to silence people who underestimate his work and think his work is too easy to do. In the video, he also touched on the importance of focusing on your own work rather than being busy comparing it to other people's work.
"My job is indeed good, sir. If you feel that your job is not good enough, it could be that you are not focused on what you are doing, and are too busy comparing your work with other people's," he concluded.
