Sydney Azkassya Jusuf, the daughter of famous actress and presenter Cut Tari, has just been declared the Winner of Gadis Sampul 2024. In this prestigious event, Sydney not only took home the title, but also a scholarship worth a very impressive IDR 150 million.
At the age of 17, Sydney attended Mentari Intercultural School located in Bintaro, Jakarta. The announcement of the winners took place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Studio 5 Indosiar, West Jakarta. The event was very lively, where the finalists performed on stage accompanied by songs from Arsy Widianto, a talented young singer who is the son of senior musician Yovie Widianto.
During the event, the finalists introduced themselves confidently while walking on stage. The tension was felt as the audience and relatives of the finalists gave their full support. When Sydney's name was announced by the hosts, Sharon Sitania and Zulfikar Yufi Ramadhan, cheers of joy echoed throughout the room.
On stage, Sydney looked radiant despite her unhealthy condition. She wore a cheerful orange outfit combined with colorful motifs, and white shoes that made her appearance even fresher. After receiving a plaque and a tiara themed Tiara Puspita Gita, Sydney expressed her gratitude for this achievement.

"This tiara symbolizes the growth of Indonesian women who continue to work positively," said Jelita Setifa, General Manager of The Palace Jeweler, explaining the meaning behind the tiara.
In addition to the tiara and plaque, Sydney also received various other attractive prizes, including a trophy, sash, jewelry set, shopping vouchers, exclusive products, and suitcases. The most extraordinary is an educational scholarship worth Rp150 million from PT. Budi Damai Sejahtera.
After the event, Sydney revealed that despite not being in great shape, she felt very grateful and surprised to be chosen as the 2024 Cover Girl. "All the hard work I put in was worth it," she said excitedly.
