Brilio.net - MUA, or Makeup Artist, is a profession that focuses on the art of makeup, including for special events such as weddings. MUAs play an important role in helping prepare the bride to look her best on her special day.
Usually, payment for MUA services is determined based on an agreement that has been discussed at the beginning. However, not all experiences go according to plan. Recently, a MUA in Aceh shared a sad story that she experienced after doing a bridal make-up, which ended in deep disappointment.
Nabila, the MUA who was the victim in this case, shared her story through her personal TikTok account, @Nabilamakeup. The video shows the transformation of a bride's face before and after makeup. Unfortunately, Nabila revealed that her client did not pay the remaining payment of Rp1,700,000, as previously agreed.
"Time and place are allowed for this client, a suitable prayer?" wrote the MUA in the video caption, quoted by brilio.net on Thursday (26/9).

Nabila's problems worsened when the mother of the bride allegedly physically abused her. Nabila, who was in her early pregnancy at the time, said she was beaten by the mother of the bride when she asked for the remaining payment.
She also suffered injuries from the incident, which she later showed in another video on her personal TikTok account. In her statement, Nabila stated that she would not forgive the bride's family. She felt that she had been treated very unfairly.

From the non-payment of payment to the violence she received. This emotional expression was also accompanied by an oath that the bride's family would face retribution for their actions.
Not only did Nabila vent about the payment and violence, she also emphasized that she would remember this incident every year, making it a reminder for others to be careful in their work and treat people better.
