This is because the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) announced a new status in the alleged corruption case involving Harvey Moeis, Sandra Dewi's husband. Harvey was officially named a suspect in the tin commodity trading case in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License (IUP) area for the 2015-2022 period.
"The investigative team considers that there is sufficient evidence so we are upgrading his status as a suspect, namely HM's brother (Harvey Moeis) as an extension of PT RBT," said Director of Jampidsus Investigations at the Attorney General's Office, Kuntadi, in Jakarta, Wednesday (27/3).
Harvey was named a suspect on Wednesday (27/3), following crazy rich Helena Lim who was previously named in a similar case. Before being named a suspect, investigators examined six witnesses, one of whom was Harvey Moeis. Harvey Moeis is being detained for the next 20 days at the Salemba Detention Center, South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office branch.
Harvey was named the 16th suspect in the case of causing losses to the state due to environmental damage amounting to IDR 271.06 trillion. This news certainly surprised the public, because Harvey and Sandra Dewi looked cool and calm.
