Tugiyati Cindy or Jawak Gandur works as a cleaner at Gor Klebengan, Yogyakarta. She is one of the most reliable women's national football team players. She also often takes part in international football sports events, such as AFF, AFC, SEA Games and defended Indonesia in the 2018 Asian Games. Until now, Tugiyati Cindy still works as a janitor and as a football and futsal referee.

Even though at first Tugiyati Cindy's parents did not support her hobby of playing soccer, they still prayed for Tugiyati Cindy when they were going to play a match.

Because of her persistence in becoming a female soccer player, she has become an inspirational figure. This female footballer first participated in the national team selection in 2004 when she was a member of the East Java team. Tugiyati Cindy really idolizes the famous footballer Lionel Messi because of his friendliness and skills. He hopes to be able to play with Stefano Lilipaly in a team.

Currently, he still works as a cleaner at GOR Klebengan, Yogyakarta and sometimes acts as a referee in various matches.

"My hope is that women's football will be given the same attention, not just boys but girls too. It's no longer just one, now it's in all regions, all provinces. "We should pay more attention, if we don't pay attention to it at all, like it's being ignored, there should also be women's football, who knows, women's football will actually achieve more, it could be more advanced," he hoped.
