The Kimchi Field Museum is a building dedicated to the traditional dish of South Korea, kimchi. Reported by Bonappetit, the Kimchi Field Museum in Seoul was founded by Pulmuone, Inc., the leading food company in South Korea.

The museum displays more than 80 kinds of kimchi and how to make it. Visitors would also be presented a demonstration of the kimchi making process based on methods from the 14th and 15th century. The most exciting part is that we are also allowed to taste various kinds of kimchi in the tasting room.
