The Indonesian acting world lost a senior actress, Rahayu Effendi who passed away on Thursday (11/28) at the age of 82. The passing of the mother of actor and politician Dede Yusuf brought deep sorrow to her family and colleagues in the entertainment industry.
The late Siti Rahayu Effendi breathed her last after battling a number of illnesses, including a heart attack. A long journey in the ICU for almost two months could not save the deceased from her fate.
The funeral of the deceased took place at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta and was filled with emotion. Dede Yusuf looked strong during the funeral procession, although the sense of loss was clearly visible on his face.
