Attorney General M. Prasetyo claimedhe has heard that National Police's Criminal Investigation Department has named media mogul Hary Tanoesoedibjo a suspect of a threat case.

Hary allegedly sent threatening messages to Prosecutor Yulianto in January. Yulianto was investigating a case of a company called Mobile X where Hary is one of its commissionaires.

Now [he] has been suspect, said Prasetyo.

However, Prasetyo said that his office has to wait the complete case file before processing the case further.

Harys lawyer Hotman Paris Hutapea said to Detik he has yet toget the information about the client's status.

I dont know. But, even freshmen [law] students [know that there is] no legal basis [in] making [him a] suspect, there is no element of threat and defilement found on the case,Hotman said.
