On his 51th birthday, Former Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama received book titled Ahok di Mata Mereka (Ahok in Their Eyes) as a gift.
The book contains testimonies and experiencesof those who have interacted with Ahok.
The projectinvolved 51 people including politicians, humanists, artists, journalists and others who are close to him.
We feel that God is really good and He loves Ahok so much because the book with 456 pages only took around one week for its concept idea to finishing," said Ahoks former personal staff Sakti Budiono to Kompas.com.
Sakti saidthat Ahok has received the book and he thanked all people involved in this book.
We always thank God through prayers for all process. It turns out that a lot of people still feel that his struggle has not finished," Sakti added.
The book is reportedly going to be released for public to buy, butthe exact date has not been informed.
