Researches have proven that nap can reboot our brain and has far-reaching effects on our health.

A quick boost takes up from 10-20 minutes and will give your body a new stamina to continue the day. A 60-minutes nap will improve cognitive memory improvementbut there is a side effect such as grogginess upon walking. And 90-minutes nap will most likely turn into a full cycle of sleep, and it may aid creativity, emotional and procedural memory.
