Japanese student’s illusion wins award and goes viral.

These are all questions weve asked ourselves after watching this video created by a Japanese student.

Kokichi Sugihara, who studies at Meiji University in Japan, has confused people around the world minds with his Rectangles and Circles project. His work has even won him the Neural Correlate Society's Best Illusion of the Year contest.

The trick shows 3-D printed objects rotated in front of a mirror.
